A major production ecosystem with an opportunity to retain more value locally.
Vietnam has significant textile and garment production capacity, established international supply relationships and a growing circular-economy ecosystem. At the same time, many post-industrial resources remain fragmented, underused or directed towards lower-value routes.
CIRKA's Vietnam programme will examine how these resources can be connected to real demand and transformed locally into traceable environmental, social and economic value.
