HOW IT WORKS

1. Resource data enters CIRKA

A manufacturer or authorised partner creates or imports a resource batch. CIRKA records the information needed for matching and programme management, including quantity, quality, location, availability and data source.

2. Demand is defined

A brand or maker creates a brief describing the resource, product, quantity, quality and timeline required. This makes the process demand-led rather than dependent on open listings.

3. CIRKA coordinates the match

CIRKA reviews the available information, proposes a suitable resource and identifies the local organisations needed to manage, store or transform it.

4. Resources are allocated

The platform records what quantity has been reserved, who is responsible for the next action and where the resource is expected to move.

5. Production is activated

The transformation partner confirms receipt, assesses the material and records the production batch, additional inputs, time, outputs and remaining resources.

6. Evidence and outcomes are recorded

CIRKA brings the operational journey together so brands and programme partners can see what happened, what was created and what remains.

7. Relevant data connects to specialist systems

CIRKA is designed to send selected data to traceability, product-passport, impact or other specialist systems without requiring users to repeat the entire process.
