CIRKA was created to provide the missing operational infrastructure between them.

Founded by Tze Ching Yeung

Tze Ching Yeung is a circular fashion entrepreneur, systems builder, and sustainability strategist with almost 2 decades of experience across design, supply chains, social entrepreneurship, education, and industrial transformation.

CIRKA builds on her work across fashion production, circular business models, and ecosystem development on a central belief: textile waste cannot be solved by one person, company, or stakeholder group. We all have a responsibility to help lighten the environmental, social and economic burden that our industry has created.

She believes that the missing value of secondary resources and real impact can get created when the right resources, data, expertise, and demand are connected through a shared operating system – this is why CIRKA was created.
